The Challenge
What We Were Solving
The Solana memecoin ecosystem needed a fair, transparent token promotion mechanism. Existing launchpads had insider advantages, no verification, and rug-pull risks. The vision was to create a gamified protocol where promotion and trading are verifiable on-chain.
- Existing token launch platforms had no fair-play enforcement — creators could self-buy to manipulate metrics
- No transparent reward distribution — winners selected off-chain with no verifiable proof
- Influencer promotion was pay-to-play with no accountability for results
- KYC compliance missing from most DeFi reward systems — limiting institutional participation
- No integrated trading — users had to leave the platform to trade promoted tokens

Weeks 1-5
Protocol Design & Smart Contracts
Designed gamified economics with 4 tiers (Crab: 1K USDC, Fish: 10K, Dolphin: 100K, Whale: 1M). Built Anchor smart contracts for batch management, deposit tracking, and automated prize distribution with on-chain verification.
Weeks 6-10
DEX & Trading Engine
Built integrated DEX for token trading within the protocol. Raydium pool creation for launched tokens, real-time price feeds, swap interface, and liquidity analytics. Trade verification for reward eligibility.
Weeks 11-14
Creator Portal & KYC
Token launch portal for creators with tier selection, tokenomics configuration, and promotion tools. KYC compliance integration with CEX Web3 wallet verification for reward claims above thresholds.
Weeks 15-18
Frontend & Launch
Next.js frontend with real-time batch counter, deposit tracker, winner leaderboard, and wallet integration. Influencer referral system with on-chain commission tracking. Community launch with Telegram and X campaigns.

Tiered Prize Pool System
Four tiers from casual (Crab: 1K USDC) to whale (1M USDC). Each tier has its own batch cycle, deposit requirements, and prize distribution rules. On-chain smart contracts enforce fair play — creator wallets excluded from rewards.
On-Chain Batch Settlement
Automated batch cycles with transparent settlement. When pump volume threshold is reached, rewards distribute automatically via smart contract. Full on-chain proof — every deposit, trade, and payout verifiable on Solscan.
Integrated DEX
Built-in trading interface for promoted tokens. Real-time charts, swap execution via Raydium, position tracking, and PnL analytics. Trades verified on-chain for reward eligibility — only genuine traders qualify.
Creator Launch Portal
One-click token deployment with customizable tokenomics. Creators select tier, configure promotion parameters, and launch directly into the protocol. Built-in anti-rug mechanisms and locked liquidity requirements.
KYC-Compliant Rewards
CEX Web3 wallet integration for KYC-verified reward claims. Supports major exchange wallets for compliance with international regulations. Enables institutional and regulated entity participation.
Influencer Referral System
On-chain referral tracking with automated commission splits. Top influencers with highest verified referral counts per batch receive bonus rewards. Transparent leaderboard with real-time rankings.
